Last book you read, or podcast you listened to?
The last podcast I listened to was Someone Knows Something – an investigative podcast produced by CBC and journalist David Ridgen. I absolutely love true crime and David is an excellent story-teller who has done incredible work moving the needle on missing and murdered person cases that have been cold for decades.
What’s the phone app you use most?
Aside from email/messenger, definitely TikTok.
If you could only eat one dish for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Costco pizza.
Professional Questions
What was your first job?
I worked at Jersey Mike’s in highschool. Now I make the best sandwiches at home.
What was your favorite subject in high school or college?
English/French
Do you believe in having a “five-year plan”?
Yes and no. While it’s important to always look ahead, it’s just as crucial to remain flexible and open to changes. Staying adaptable allows you to embrace new opportunities and refine your plans as needed.
Values & Principles
Which BeyondID Core Value do you exhibit the most in work and life? Can you provide an example?
Growth. BeyondID was my first job out of college, so growth has been a constant theme over the past (almost) 3 years. I started out as a copywriting intern and now I’m a digital marketing specialist learning to own campaigns from start to finish.
When it comes to BeyondID Principles, which ones resonate with you the most?
Make complexity simple. Simplifying complex subjects is a huge part of crafting concise, impactful messages for our audience.

Passions, hobbies, interests?
My interests encompass both personal growth and contributing to a team. I actively participate in flag football, where I value strategic thinking, quick decision-making, and the importance of effective communication within the team. I also coach (when possible), focusing on developing leadership skills, discipline, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for my players. Beyond sports I like to read books, play video games and travel.
What’s your game plan in a zombie apocalypse?
Consider this my playbook for survival:
1) Assess the situation.
2) Identify escape routes.
3) Utilize my flag football skills to navigate the chaos.
4) Improvise, adapt, and overcome.
I’m confident in my ability to outsmart and outmaneuver any zombie horde. After all, I’ve faced down many a determined opponent on the flag football field. I hope my flag-pulling reflexes come in handy if things get really hairy.
If you could only eat one dish for the rest of your life, what would it be?
You can never have enough pizza.
Professional Questions
What originally got you interested in your current field of work?
Imagine trying to build a house with just nails and hammers. That was my life with cloud infrastructure and databases. Then, someone handed me a blueprint and a team of skilled contractors. That’s IAM. It’s like upgrading from building a sandcastle to constructing a skyscraper. The concepts were surprisingly intuitive, and putting them into practice felt like finally having the right tools for the job.
Briefly describe your career prior to BID?
Prior to joining BID I’ve worked for companies like Oracle, TCS and Dell.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
Honestly, the best part of my job is the constant ‘oh boy, what’s this now?’ factor. Every day brings a new challenge, a different customer with unique needs, and a project that’s guaranteed to keep me on my toes. It’s like a thrilling game of professional Jenga, where you never know which piece will come tumbling down next.
Values & Principles
Which BeyondID Core Value do you exhibit the most in work and life? Can you provide an example?
Raving Fan Culture. I think I embody ‘Raving Fan Culture’ to the point where it borders on mild stalking… in a helpful way, of course! As a technical consultant I’m not just about delivering solutions, I’m about creating an experience. I thrive on anticipating client needs, exceeding expectations, and leaving them so delighted they’re practically singing my praises (and maybe even cheering on my behalf).
When it comes to BeyondID Principles, which ones resonate with you the most?
Make complexity simple. I truly believe that empowered customers are happy customers. And nothing empowers customers more than understanding. So, I’m always striving to ‘make complexity simple.’ It’s about putting myself in their shoes and anticipating their questions. I want them to feel confident, not confused, when changes are implemented. It’s about building trust and fostering a long-term relationship, one clear explanation at a time.
